Strano problema su Raid 1 Centos 5.5

Buongiorno ho un problema su un server Linux CentOS 5.5 x86_64 su cui ho fatto un raid 1 software:
le partizioni sono le seguenti:

il server funziona benissimo tutta la settimana e viene spento ogni sera da uno script di backup che ho fatto io. Il cliente poi lo riaccende tutte le mattine e lavora.
il problema è che ogni lunedi mattina dopo l'accensione il server fa il resynk dei dischi del raid e fin che non finisce non si riesce ad accedere al disco in resynk (o meglio è lentissimo ad accedere 3/4 minuti per aprire un file testo con vi).

scusate ho trovato il problema!
c'è un script in /etc/cron.weekly che si chiama 99-raid-check che dovrebbe partire ogni domenica alle 4 di notte, ma se trova il server spento parte appena riacceso!

Ciao solo come info, puoi comunque abbassare la velocità di sincronizzazione/rebuild del raid software.
Mi è capitato spesso che per gestire sistemi in raid sw che facevano streaming durante la sostituzione di un disco guasto dovessi comunque pesare la disponibilità di risorse dando un tetto massimo alla rebuild.
Cerca "mdadm max sync speed" con il tuo motore di ricerca preferito.
